With extensive expertise in business and financial process, ERP project management and performance management with over 10 years in the one of the big 4 consulting firms in Asia, ChanLoong also plays the role of Managing Director in the Singapore office.
Prior to consulting, ChanLoong worked as an accountant in the private sector for a manufacturing company.
During his time as a management consultant, ChanLoong have had more than 12 end to end cycle ERP projects starting with feasibility studies, business process re-engineering, process transformation, ERP implementation and enablement, post go live evaluation and ongoing engagements as a trusted adviser and retained year on year to his clients.

Louis-Stephane is a senior Business Intelligence consultant and a team leader. Specialized on the SAP BPC platform for 8 years, he has proven ability to design and implement solutions for a wide range of business and industries.
Fully dedicated to customer success and with extensive expertise in business and financial process, Louis-Stephane has lead over 20 implementations for large European and Asian companies, from requirement analysis, solution design to implementation.
Prior to EqualOne, Louis-Stephane worked 5 years as principal consultant for OutlookSoft (acquired by SAP) and SAP France with responsibilities in project management, expertise and presales cycles.

YiLing Chang Consulting Director

Yi Ling has around 11 years of working experience in SAP R/3 FICO and BPC. She was a focused SAP FICO specialist prior to moving into the BPC space. In BPC, she has solutioning, design and project management skills for both consolidation and budgeting. She has participated in 5 BPC implementation projects - 4 in consolidation and 1 in budgeting. 
She has obtained her Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, USA. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore and USA. She is also a Certified mySAP Managerial & Financial Accountant. She started out her career as a business analyst in big 4 business consulting firm. She is competent and experienced in the SAP Financials and controlling modules, specializing in Consolidation (ECCS) Product Costing and Treasury. She is well verse with the integration points to the SAP Logistics modules and cross-functional data objects.

Arnaud Vivian Business Development Director

Arnaud is a senior Business Intelligence consultant with over 8 years of international experience.
After conducting several European Enterprise Performance Management projects for one of the leading European motor group, Arnaud joined the BI software industry as an expert consultant for the young and dynamic vendor Outlooksoft (aka BPC, acquired by SAP in June 2007).
In 2008, Arnaud took his skills and dedication to the Asia Pacific market where he could lead the SAP BPC space and help SAP and its partners get up to speed on the solution.
In the past 8 years, Arnaud has taken part in over 20 BPC implementations, allowing him to grow his knowledge in various financial and business processes as well as leveraging his functional and technical skills. His involvement and dedication is always driven by user’s satisfaction and successful projects.
